Coffman's success in manufacturing the highest quality stair parts in the industry can be directly attributed to the level of detail given to every step in the manufacturing process. To begin with, unlike most other stair part manufacturers, we are vertically integrated to the wood drying process, keeping approximately five million board feet of lumber on hand in a variety of species, grades, and thicknesses. As this green lumber arrives, it is immediately sent through our grading system and graded to the National Hardwood Association rules.
